Return Process

  Log into your HOK Makeup account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.

  Upload clear images or a short video of the product, ensuring the original packaging and tags are visible for our team to review.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; please keep the product unused and in its original seal.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
